Beautiful and nice hotel, our family enjoyed our stay!

Hotel is clean and beautiful. Food at the restaurant was delicious too although it is a little costly. Our room was at the same building near the hotel reception, hence it is definitely more convenient than the other building. Went during winter and although it was cold we loved that they have a hot pool outside for us to enjoy.

Only downside is that it the outdoor hot juccuzi closes too early. Also if there is a bar or lounge would be perfect. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, scenic place to stay, here it is. Short walk to the beaitiful coast and a small town. Great customer service, toilet was unable to flush and that was fixed promptly. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very Good

The facilities were great - the pools were lovely and didn't feel too crowded. The view of the sea and sunset was fantastic. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, and there was ample parking lots. The room was spacious and overall a very relaxing stay.

Wasn't very clear where we should check in so we had to walk over to the annex building after unloading our luggage at the main building. The bed sank in a bit. Would be good if they had more furnishings in the room (e.g. a TV console or desk) as it was quite sparse and we had to put almost all our belongings on the floor.

Beautiful place, silly check in system

Beautiful room and lovely pool areas

Even though there were 3 staff on the check in desk doing nothing.. they just stood there smiling at the queue of guests and did not start checking everyone in until exactly 3pm. What a ridiculous system and not promoting a good customer experience...it was 2.45pm and all the rooms were obviously ready.

It was a nice stay and I enjoyed it.

The receptionists speak good level of English and very welcoming with a nice smile on their faces.

The rooms can be soundproofed. It was low season when we went there but I could easily hear everything in other rooms or outside. I cannot imagine how it is in high season when the hotel is full. It can be improved.
